WHY WAX MELTS? (AND WHY THEY WORK BETTER IN SPAIN THAN YOU THINK)

HOW THE SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

We designed this to be as simple as possible:

1. Subscribe before the 14th of any month. Sign up on our website and your first box (free) will be dispatched on the 15th.

2. Your box ships on the 15th (or the next working day). Delivered via Correos in Spain, arriving within 3 working days.

3. You are billed automatically on the same date each month. No codes, no renewals to remember.

4. 3-month minimum commitment, then cancel anytime through your account or by contacting our team.

If you are based near our boutique in Orihuela Costa, you can also choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your box in-store each month instead of having it posted.

THE MELTS THEMSELVES

Every wax melt in The Melt Club is identical to the ones we sell individually in our boutique and online shop. Same formulation. Same fragrance concentration. Same hand-pour process. The only difference is that subscribers get them curated and delivered.

Our melts are made with a 100% vegan, paraffin-free wax blend developed in-house. The fragrance is a proprietary combination of safe synthetic and essential components, formulated for maximum scent throw in electric and tea light warmers. Every pack is 180g, which is significantly larger than most subscription box melts on the market (many UK boxes ship 40g to 100g packs).

We pour everything in small batches in our studio in Orihuela Costa. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is mass-produced. The same hands that pour the melts are the ones choosing which fragrances go into each month’s box.

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED

You need a wax warmer. That is it. An electric wax warmer is the cleanest, safest option (no flame, consistent heat, automatic shutoff on some models). Yes. We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and the Canary Islands. Shipping is free on all subscription boxes.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR DELIVERY?

No. Correos will deliver to your postbox or leave it in a safe place. The boxes are designed to fit through a standard Spanish buzón.

WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE A FRAGRANCE?

The nature of a curated subscription means not every scent will be your personal favourite, and that is part of the experience. However, we rotate through every fragrance family (floral, woody, oriental, fresh, gourmand) so you will always have variety. And if you truly dislike one, it makes a great gift for someone else.

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN FRAGRANCES?

No. The scents are pre-selected each month. If you prefer to choose your own, our full range of individual wax melts is always available in our online shop.

IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?
