Christmas Eve in a whitewashed cottage, the turf fire lit since lunchtime and a candle in the window to guide everyone home. Green leaf, pine and smoky birch tar come in with the cold air. Incense, jasmine and violet glow at the heart, before it sinks into cedarwood, patchouli, vetiver, amber, tonka and the slow, sweet smoke of the fire.
This is the big one. 640g and three wicks, hand poured in Spain, in a speckled glass vessel wrapped in an illustrated Irish cottage scene. Light it at the centre of the table on Christmas Eve, or wrap it for the person who always talks about going home.

- Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to ensure a clean burn
- Burn candle on a level surface which is fire resistant
- Do not burn candles for more than 3-4 hours
- Ensure the wick is in the centre of the candle
- Take care: the glass may be hot
- Do not burn candle in draught
