Every product is hand-poured in our studio in Eastern Spain. Our production capacity sits at over 1,000 candles and 14,000 wax melts per week. You won't be left waiting on backorders or apologising to your customers.

These policies exist to protect you as much as they protect us. Every stockist benefits when the brand holds its value.
NO THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
FOX & WOLF products must not be resold on Amazon, Etsy or Facebook Marketplace. Your customers are buying a luxury brand. They expect to find it in places that reflect that.
RESPECT THE RRP
All stockists must honour our recommended retail price as a minimum. You're welcome to price above RRP, but never below it. This protects your margin and the brand's positioning in the market.
THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PRODUCT
FOX & WOLF was built by two people who had no interest in making home fragrance that blends into the background.
Ryan Fox, Commercial Director, runs the business side: operations, marketing, product development, tech and customer experience. He brings over 20 years of professional experience and an obsessive attention to how every touchpoint feels for the customer and the stockist.
Scott Wolf, Artistic Director, is the nose and the eye. With a background in entertainment spanning over two decades, Scott brings an instinct for performance to everything FOX & WOLF creates. He oversees fragrance development, product design and quality control, making sure nothing leaves the studio that doesn't meet his standards.
Our boutique store on the Costa Blanca is managed by Nicola, with Claire advising customers on fragrance selection. Together, the team ensures the FOX & WOLF experience is consistent whether you're ordering wholesale from another country or walking through our doors in person.
WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clear, fair and designed to keep things running smoothly for both of us.
MINIMUM ORDER VALUES
Your first order must meet a minimum of 1,000 EUR/GBP. Repeat orders require a minimum of 400 EUR/GBP to keep your account active.
MIX AND MATCH
You can mix and match across fragrances and product types however you like. Candles, wax melts, reed diffusers, home sprays, soap. No minimum quantities per product line.
BILLING AND PRICING
All items are billed at the price shown at the time of purchase. FOX & WOLF reserves the right to adjust pricing where production costs require it, and to cancel any order or backorder if necessary.
PAYMENT AND VAT
Payment is required at checkout. Provide your VAT/IVA number during account setup if applicable. EU stockists with a valid number may be exempt from VAT. UK stockists are exempt from Spanish VAT; import duties upon arrival at the UK border are the responsibility of the stockist.
PRODUCTION AND DISPATCH
Every product is hand-poured to order. Your order enters our production queue once payment is received. Typical turnaround from payment to dispatch is 4 to 6 weeks. We keep you updated throughout.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Any cancellation or return request must be made in writing and handled in line with the FOX & WOLF Returns Policy.
LIABILITY
FOX & WOLF shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
MODIFICATIONS
FOX & WOLF reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Stockists will be notified of any material changes.

REVIEW
We review every application personally. You'll hear back from us within 48 to 72 hours with a decision.
ACCESS
Once approved, you'll receive full access to our online wholesale portal by email. Worth checking your junk folder.
ORDER
Browse the full collection, build your first order and we'll have it hand-poured and on its way to you within 4 to 6 weeks.
