- Trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to ensure a clean burn
- Burn candle on a level surface which is fire resistant
- Do not burn candles for more than 3-4 hours
- Ensure the wick is in the centre of the candle
- Take care: the glass may be hot
- Do not burn candle in draught
